A 12-Week Guided Reinvention Experience

Make Your Next Chapter

Your Best Chapter.

For business leaders, corporate executives and professionals who are approaching retirement age but aren’t done yet. Move from certainty to clarity — and from clarity to inspired action

The Challenge

What nobody talks about after the congratulations fade.

You spent decades building a successful career. You led, collaborated and delivered. Now that chapter of your life is ending - and everyone says ‘bon voyage - have fun!

But here is what nobody prepares you for: when the title, the calendar, and the identity you carried for years are suddenly gone, what remains?

Most high achievers don't struggle in transition because they lack talent or imagination. They struggle because they have never had to answer the question: Who am I without my work?

The books say "follow your passion." Friends say "just relax." You may have tried consulting, boards, or volunteering — and none of it clicked. That is not a failure of effort. It is a failure of framework.

You don't need more free time. You need a new foundation.

The Solution

Structured reinvention for people who are not done yet.

Encore Career Lab is a 12-week guided experience that combines coaching, structured curriculum, reflection, experimentation, and peer community to help you design your most purposeful chapter yet.

Effective and Proven

A structured curriculum grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and decades of leadership development research.

Coach-Led & Peer-Supported

Expert facilitation paired with a cohort of high-caliber peers who understand exactly what you are navigating.

Action-Oriented

You will not just reflect — you will experiment, test, gather feedback, and leave with real momentum.

"This is not retirement coaching. This is an effective, structured program designed to help you move from uncertainty to clarity — and from clarity to inspired action."

From Confusion

To Clarity

Hear directly from Encore Career Lab participants as they reflect on their journey, their growth, and the impact of designing a meaningful next chapter.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Who is this program designed for?

Encore Career Lab is built for high-achieving leaders and professionals — executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, senior consultants, and others — who are transitioning out of a long career and want their next chapter to be purposeful, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.

Is this retirement coaching?

No. This is structured reinvention for people who are not done yet. If you are looking for leisure planning or wealth management advice, this is not the right fit. If you want to channel your experience, energy, and talent into meaningful work on your own terms, it is.

How much time does the program require each week?

Plan for approximately four to six hours per week, including coaching sessions, structured reflection, peer interaction, and experimentation. The program is rigorous but designed to fit alongside a life in transition.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You leave with a complete portfolio of tools, a clear direction, and an action plan already in motion. Alumni also have access to ongoing peer community and optional continued coaching.

Can I join if I have not fully left my curent role?

Yes. Many participants begin while still in a transition window. The key criterion is that you are committed to designing what comes next with intention and energy.

Your first career was about ambition and achievement.

Your Encore Career will be about fun and fulfillment.

On your terms. For the right reasons. With the right support. Your next chapter is waiting.
