Encore Career Lab is built for high-achieving leaders and professionals — executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, senior consultants, and others — who are transitioning out of a long career and want their next chapter to be purposeful, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
No. This is structured reinvention for people who are not done yet. If you are looking for leisure planning or wealth management advice, this is not the right fit. If you want to channel your experience, energy, and talent into meaningful work on your own terms, it is.
Plan for approximately four to six hours per week, including coaching sessions, structured reflection, peer interaction, and experimentation. The program is rigorous but designed to fit alongside a life in transition.
You leave with a complete portfolio of tools, a clear direction, and an action plan already in motion. Alumni also have access to ongoing peer community and optional continued coaching.
